Rylee playing soccer

Lilly is my little go getter so sitting in one place is not something she likes to do. In this picture she is trying to get out of the stroller.
Lilly and kameron watching sister play soccer.
Rylee is number 15.
We put Rylee in soccer this year for the first time. She loves it. She is getting good at kicking the ball in the net. and has a good kick. She is now some what understanding the game and loves to play. they over 250 kids in her age group playing this year out here so there are 30 kids on her team. They practice a skill for the first half hour then divide the kids up and play a game. Rylee has really enjoyed it and jon and I have loved seeing her excitement. We want our kids to active and out going people so we felt this was a good way to start with her. If she wants to play next year we will put her in again. Or we will let her try something new. This summer we are going to try swimmer lessons so watch for posts of her first lessons. We love you Rylee and so proud of all of your hard work. We are so glad that you love soccer. We know you can do any thing as long as you put your mind to it.

Easter

My cute girls playing together!

Look how big my baby is getting!

This year for easter we packed the kids up and head to grandmas for the weekend. We had so much fun. We stopped at the village on our way into town to see some of our friends. We had a ton of laughs and lots of good conversation. It was good to sit back and remember all of the good times we had up there. Then we headed to grandmas for the rest of weekend. We got together with my family on saturday for a easter egg hunt and BBQ. It was so good to see everyone. I only wish I would have taken more pictures. But I was so caught up in just enjoying my nieces and nephews that I did not take as many pictures as I would have like. We spent Easter morning and afternoon with just my parents. We had a great breakfast and a great lunch. We got to spend time just talking with them. And playing with the kids with out the distractions of every day life. it was a much needed break for all of us. On our way home Jon and I were able to just spend time talking something that is hard to do these days as we have three kids that demand a lot of our attention. We were able to enjoy each other and enjoy the views of the mountains. I love the drive to vernal so the three hours go by fast. This weekend was so needed. I am so glad we got to spend the time we did together. I love all of my family so much. They are not just my family they are my friends. I love you guys!

Annies wedding weekend!

Jons grandparents are going down hill really fast. So we decided while we were there to take a picture with them. I have grown to those these people so much over the years. They have been such a great example to my family. I know I will cherish this picture as it just may be the last one I get of them.
This is the only picture I have of all three of my kids on this weekend. And no matter how hard I tried Kam and lilly would not let go of there blankets. But I still love it and it makes me smile just looking at it now.
As you can tell I need a new camera so this one is a little dark. But it is the entire family.
This weekend was one I will never forget. I am so glad that I got the chance to meet Jons sister. I was super excited to see Mark and hope that he will come down again soon. Jons family has not always been close. But for the first time in years there was not fighting between. It gave us all a chance to get to know each other better and to build lasting memories. The best part of the weekend was when Jon requested the song we danced to on our wedding day and we were able to dance together. I fell in love him all over again. I love Jon more than words can express and am glad that I got to be apart of this great weekend. Welcome to the family Rod. We love you and are so happy to have you apart of our family. Thanks for a great weekend.

Dancing at the wedding!

Kam Had to dance with his daddy. Such a sweet picture.
I hope there are more pictures like this Rylee dancing with her daddy. So sweet.
The kids had a ton of fun dancing. They were out there almost the entire time. So cute.
Even Gramps got in on the action. Here he is out on the floor shaking his groove thing. I am sure we will never forget this one. He had us all laughing.

Nick was also baptized this weekend.

all of the kids after Nick got baptized. Well except Lilly she was off walking around.
This little guy was Lillys age when I started coming around. I have had the pleasure of getting to watch him grow up. Nick is such a good big brother and love to help his mom out with all of his little brothers and sisters. I am so proud of him and the choices he has made.
Jons brother Mark lives in Oregon. I can count on one hand how many times I have seen him. So needless to say I took as many pictures as I could of him and his little boy Andrew. One of the other shocks for the past weekend. We did not know he was coming down until a week before.
I did not have a picture of Jon and Mark until now!
I love this picture this is Jon with two of his brothers. I now have one of these as well I did not have one before.

Jons half sister

Jon has told me about her several time. But no one in the family has had contact with her until this past year when she contacted Jons sister Annie. We still were all shocked when she showed up to his sisters wedding this past weekend. She knew she was coming but no one else did. That last time Jon saw her when she was about 8 years old and it was in Harmons. We were all super excited to meet her and were even happier to find out that she wants to be in contact with the family. We are all super excited to get to know her. And look forward to building memories with her. This was just one of many shocks this past weekend.
